I have been dealing with your company for 10 years and have always found everyone of your tradespeople to be polite, courteous, on time and friendly.

The things that stand out are:
1. The tradesmen always introduce themselves by company name and their own name.
2. They take their boots off at the door.
3. They explain what the problem is in terms I can understand.
4. They clean up when the job is done.

Good manner and courtesy go a long way and I have recommended your company to everyone I know for the above reasons. I would also like to thank the two ladies with whom I speak to make an appointment as they are both courteous and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Dear Peter,

Recently we had the Englefield shower screen replaced at our house due to corrosion at the bottom of the screen uprights.

I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the staff in your organisation, who were so persistent in ensuring that things were done correctly, and who at all times were polite and courteous even when problems were encountered in obtaining the correct bits. A fine example in my view of quality customer service being maintained in the face of problems.
